By accessing or using AppLoved, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use AppLoved for an organization, you confirm that you may bind that organization. Do not use the service if you cannot enter a binding agreement or if local law prohibits your use.

AppLoved is an independent directory for discovering software, reading community reviews, comparing products, and submitting apps for moderation. Listings, verification labels, rankings, comparisons, and editorial selections are informational opinions, not warranties, professional advice, endorsements, or paid placement unless clearly disclosed.

AppLoved is not AppLovin Corporation. Product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may require email verification, limit access, suspend sessions, or close accounts to address abuse, security, legal requirements, or material violations.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant AppLoved a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, translate, moderate, display, distribute, and promote that content only to operate, improve, and present AppLoved and its directory.

You confirm that your contribution is accurate to the best of your knowledge, based on genuine experience where a review claims experience, and that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it. We may edit for formatting or clarity, request evidence or changes, reject, unpublish, merge, label, or remove content. We do not guarantee publication or provide compensation unless agreed separately in writing.

• Do not submit fake, incentivized but undisclosed, copied, defamatory, confidential, illegal, malicious, or infringing content.
• Disclose material relationships with a product, company, employer, client, or competitor.
• Do not manipulate ratings, love counts, rankings, verification, or moderation systems.

Software features, pricing, ownership, availability, and policies can change. AppLoved aims for useful and accurate profiles but does not guarantee completeness or continued accuracy. Verify important information with the product owner before purchasing, installing, migrating data, or making security, legal, financial, or business decisions.

You may not misuse AppLoved or interfere with its operation.

• No unlawful activity, impersonation, harassment, fraud, malware, credential theft, vulnerability exploitation, or infringement.
• No scraping, automated extraction, load generation, or circumvention of rate limits except through expressly authorized access.
• No attempts to access another user, private route, administration function, API key, source credential, or non-public data.
• No resale, cloning, or misleading use of AppLoved branding or content that suggests affiliation or endorsement.

Agent API access is restricted to expressly authorized administrators. Keys must be kept secret, used only for their approved purpose, and revoked if exposed. The key owner is responsible for agent activity. Agent-created drafts remain subject to validation, security controls, human review, moderation, and all content rules in these terms. AppLoved may rate-limit or revoke access at any time.

AppLoved links to software vendors and may support Google or GitHub sign-in. Third-party services are controlled by their owners and governed by their own terms and privacy practices. AppLoved is not responsible for third-party products, transactions, outages, security, content, or changes.

We may change, add, remove, pause, or discontinue features and may moderate or suspend access when reasonably necessary. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. You may stop using AppLoved at any time. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination, including licenses already needed for published content, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions, continue to apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AppLoved is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. AppLoved is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for decisions made from directory content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

We may update these terms for service, security, or legal changes. The revised date will appear here; material changes receive additional notice where required. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Translations are provided for accessibility; to the extent permitted by law, the English version controls if a translation conflicts. Applicable law and competent courts are determined by mandatory law and the operator details communicated for the service.
